FINANCIAL PLANNER
David has been in the accounting industry for over 30 years. He is a CPA with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting.
David also completed his Diploma of Financial Planning after wanting to provide a broader service offering.
David enjoys playing AFL Superrules, caravanning and anything else outdoors, spending time with his family and especially enjoys time with his granddaughter.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT CPA
Tim started with Carlson Accounting in 2019.
He is a CPA with over 20 years experience working in public accounting practices.
Tim enjoys most sports, playing golf, riding his bike and caravanning. He has 2 young kids that keep him busy when he’s not at work.

TARANTO
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT CPA
Teresa is a new member to our office in 2023.
She has completed her Bachelor of Business - majoring in Accounting - and has been a CPA for over 20 years. She has experience working with individuals and also small to medium size businesses in a range of industries. Teresa enjoys interacting with her clients to help them to better understand their tax and financial situations.
Outside of work Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids.

STEFFANIE
EASTWOOD
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT CPA
Steff joined Carlson Accounting in 2023 as a CPA.
She studied a Bachelor of Commerce and has been working in the accounting and financial industry for over 10 years.
Steff enjoys working with small-medium local businesses and SMSF clients.
Steff's leisure time includes visiting local wineries, spending the day at the beach, any water sports and snowboarding in the winter.
TAYLOR
MCMILLAN
ACCOUNTANT CPA
Taylor is a Mornington Peninsula local and started working at our office in 2015. He now works from a small ski town in British Columbia, Canada.
Taylor studied a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a CPA.
Taylor enjoys anything outdoors, fishing, hiking, skiing and camping!

DONNA
MCCONNELL
ACCOUNTANT
Donna has worked for Carlson Accounting since 2020.
She has studied a Diploma of Accounting and is also a Registered BAS agent as well as Xero certified. Donna enjoys building strong relationships with clients and taking time to understand their needs.
In her leisure time she enjoys going to the beach, visiting local wineries and listening to live music.
ALI
ROCKACH
ACCOUNTANT
Ali joined Carlson Accounting in 2017 after moving here with her family from the UK.
She studied a Diploma in Accounting in the UK and has been bookkeeping for companies and working in accounting practices since 2007.
Ali still works for our office but does so from Portugal, where she moved to be nearer to her family in the UK.
Her interests outside of work include spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and riding her electric bike through town.
ANTHEA
RYAN
ACCOUNTANT
Anthea has been with Carlson Accounting since 2017 after completing her Cert IV in Accounting.
She has a keen interest in helping her clients find more simplified and time saving processes so they can spend time doing the work they want to do, or spending more time with family and friends.
Anthea is another Mount Eliza local and has strong ties to the equestrian industry as a professional dressage rider.

FINANCIAL PLANNING ADMINISTRATION
Julie joined our office in 2022.
Julie has been working in the financial planning industry for 12 years specialising in client and admin services. Helping put clients' financial planning requirements into action and working with an awesome bunch of colleagues in a great location is what she enjoys most about her role.
Travelling, photography, walking, spending time with her family and friends and entertaining her 2 scruffy terriers is what keeps Julie busy outside of work.
LISA

ADMINISTRATION
Lisa is a new member of our office in 2023.
She has been a Mount Eliza local since her family moved here 25 years ago from East Gippsland.
Lisa has 10 years experience in banking and finance, and a further 15 years experience as a bookkeeper in a local trade business.
In her leisure time she keeps busy by spending it with her family, reading, travelling and dancing!

Katy has been with Carlson Accounting since 2021.
Katy enjoys the flexibility and working with family aspect that she gets from working in her role.
When Katy isn’t at work you can find her camping and 4WDing, going on morning walks and having games nights with her partner.
